We really liked it that’s why we ordered it. But I’m blown away that when I asked to return the item due to it did not fit and we need to order a bigger size. We were told that you could offer a discount . And we had to measure it all out take pics and if the measurements were wrong for the size you would refund. But if it’s right according to what your factory does the 3xl for that we can’t return and only can get a discount. I never been told this from any company. We just want to return the hoodie it’s brand new we can’t ware it. We should be allowed to return a item.
